Note / next step
Documentation checklist only. It does not prescribe targets, treatment, or dosing. Before the work
Start with the details that identify the stop: customer or property, service date and time, and technician. Note any access issue or visible condition that matters to the visit record.
Do not put gate codes, passwords, card information, or other sensitive access details on a customer-facing checklist or receipt.
- Confirm the correct customer or property
- Record the visit date, arrival time, and technician
- Note factual access or visible conditions relevant to the record
Work and values recorded
Your checklist should match the service you actually sell. Common record fields include skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, checking the filter, inspecting equipment, and recording values or products.
A checked item means the work was completed at that visit. If something was not completed, leave it unchecked and add a factual note when the customer needs context.
Before you leave
Add a short service note, attach only relevant photos, and review the customer copy. Confirm that every number has the correct unit and every product amount reflects what was actually entered.
- Review the work list and recorded values
- Add a concise observation or follow-up note
- Check photos and remove anything unrelated
- Share, print, or save the completed visit record
Make the checklist repeatable
Keep labels consistent across visits so customers can scan each report quickly. Customize the list when your service scope changes instead of checking work that was not part of the visit.
AquaReceipt includes an editable work list and turns the checked items into a readable customer receipt. The checklist records work; it does not prescribe targets or dosing.
Questions about this resource
Can I customize the checklist?
Yes. Keep only the items that match the service you offer and the work you actually document.
Is this a chemical treatment checklist?
No. It is a visit-documentation checklist and gives no dosing or safety instructions.
What if a task was not completed?
Leave it unchecked and add a factual reason or next step when that context is useful to the customer.
What is the difference between the checklist and report?
The checklist prompts field documentation; the report is the readable record shared with the customer.
